It says that only an unhappy person ... could hurt other people.

The happy ones ... would never do it.

Cause is somehow logical ... being too busy ... to enjoy life.

I'm today into my philosophical era of my life ... analysing in fact all the factors defining the human beings from the stage of my life.

But ... also my own case.

Trying in fact to understand ... the statics ... which are defining all what is going on.

And ... i smile.

... starting to understand all.

The one envying ... most certainly learnt the envy from all the ones envying him.

The one cheating ... had been cheated before.

The one abusing physically ... had been abused ...

All these negative trends ... we've learnt them .... from the others.

Practicing it ... as normality.

So ... i should change my perceptions ... realising that all those negative characters which i see on the stage of life …

 

are people under the dominance of a trauma.

Not even realising ... they need therapy.

To forget about fears.

About .... jealousy.

Envy.

Frustrations.

Anger.

Sadness.

Disgust.

And ... anything else ... repeated so, so frequently ... defining the unconscious side.

The reflection of it.

The positive thing is that such a perspective ... helps me a lot to digest easier my connections with the people from my life.

I see Eva ... envying me for my car ... cause her lover is not buying her ... the car she wants.

And ... it really looks like she hates me ... but she actually hates Bobby.

I see Emily replying to me inappropriate ... even if i am always polite with her.

But ... i know that her husband is just an abuser ... always speaking with her ... like she would be just ... a dog.

Knowing he is violent ... especially after he drinks alcohol ... Emily never dares to say anything to him.

The funny thing is that she replies after ... extremely ugly ... to everyone around.

Including her kids.

Family.

And ... friends.

I'm always used to her.

 

No matter how nice i would be ... she will never know to have ... even a normal interaction with me.

But .... because i understand those things ... i need to accept all ... just as it is.

I analyse those statistics.

I try to see ... beyond them.

Asking myself ... why the hell this person is envying me ... or lying to me ... or cheating on me ... ?!

I try in fact to accept negativity as a factor revealing a trauma.

As its reflection.

Of course ... is difficult to practice with detachment ... a real acceptance.

I mean one ... in its absolute form.

Fortunately .... I've started to speak with myself more and more.

Somehow convincing as my attitude to change in front of any negative element appeared in life.

Understanding ... the trauma behind those persons.

And ... that all i see is actually just ... a mask.

... which is trying to hide things which i can't clearly understand.

So ... i should shut up.

Pretending ... i don't see ... negativity.

Smile.

Continuing to be .. friendly.

.. cause now i know a little bit more than the others.
